Provider-set discount within guidelines. You choose your discount rate (10–20% individual, 10–30% corporate) at sign-up. Changes require mutual agreement with 30 days notice.

How do I verify members at the front desk?

Members show a QR code on their phone. You scan it on any phone browser — it shows instant green (valid) or red (invalid), plus the member's name and membership tier. No app, no login, no device required beyond a smartphone or tablet.
What if I want to leave?

30 days written notice. No cancellation fees. No penalties. No clawbacks. Your listing is removed, current member commitments are honored through the notice period, and you're done. It's that simple.
Who are WellVine members?

Does every provider who applies get approved?

No. WellVine is selective. Every applicant undergoes an in-person site visit before approval. Businesses that don't meet our standards for quality, professionalism, and alignment with the WellVine model are declined. This selectivity is what keeps the network worth belonging to.
Do I have to honor the discount for every member?

Yes — active members who present a valid QR code are entitled to the agreed discount. The QR scan verifies membership instantly. If the scan shows green, the discount applies. If red or expired, standard pricing applies. The system handles the verification for you.
Can I choose my discount percentage?

Yes. You set your discount within the program guidelines (10–20% for individuals, 10–30% for corporate members) at sign-up. You're not forced to the top of the range. If you want to offer 10% to individuals and 15% to corporate groups, that's your choice. Changes require 30 days notice to members.
What's the site visit like?

It's a conversation, not an inspection — but we do want to verify that what you offer matches what members will experience. Both approved and declined applicants receive written feedback.
