Individual members: 10–20% off your services. Corporate members: 10–30% off. You set the exact percentage within these ranges at sign-up. It never changes without your approval.
Every member visit is tracked via QR scan. You receive a free analytics dashboard showing visit frequency, discount redemptions, and member retention over time.
Members present a QR code on any phone. Your front desk scans it on any browser — instant green/red status, member name, and membership tier. No app to install.

A WellVine consultant contacts you to schedule a visit to your physical location. This is a real, in-person evaluation — not a phone screen.
Required for all applicantsThe consultant evaluates your facilities, service quality, professionalism, and alignment with WellVine's standards. This typically takes 30–60 minutes.
In-person evaluationWellVine approves or declines the partnership. We communicate our decision within 5–7 business days of the site visit, with feedback in both cases.
Approved providers are added to the WellVine directory with their agreed discount terms, business description, contact info, and booking link. Members can find you immediately.
The Provider Partnership Agreement is one page. Key terms are summarized below. Full agreement provided upon approved application.
Zero cost to providers. No joining fee, no monthly fee, no per-visit commission. WellVine's revenue comes from member subscriptions, not provider fees.
Provider-set discount within guidelines. You choose your discount rate (10–20% individual, 10–30% corporate) at sign-up. Changes require mutual agreement with 30 days notice.
QR code verification at point of service. Web-based, no app required. Works on any phone browser at your front desk. Member status is instant.
30-day termination, no penalties. Either party may end the partnership with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees or clawback provisions.
